Oscars 2024: ‘Oppenheimer’ dominates on Hollywood’s biggest night
The Christopher Nolan-helmed “Oppenheimer,” which tells the story of J. Robert Oppenheimer or the “father of the atomic bomb,” emerged as the biggest winner of the Oscars 2024 on March 10 (March 11 in the Philippines) in Los Angeles, California.
As predicted by critics, “Oppenheimer” was the runaway winner of the 96th Academy Awards at the Dolby Theater, with among its biggest nods include Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Supporting Actor, to name a few.
Emma Stone and Da’Vine Joy Randolph, on the other hand, were named Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress for their performances in “Poor Things” and “The Holdovers,” respectively.
