Kyle Echarri ‘forever grateful’ after meeting his ‘hero’ Daniel Caesar
Kyle Echarri was emotional during the recent Manila concert of Canadian singer Daniel Caesar, whose music, according to the actor, helped him get through “dark times” after his little sister Bella passed away in April.
Echarri documented his meeting with Daniel Caesar through a video shown on the former’s Instagram page on Thursday, July 20. Echarri was with Moira Dela Torre when he attended the event and met the Canadian singer last July 19.
“I met my hero last night and no words can explain the feeling I had being able to say thank you to him for his music and what it’s done for me in my life,” Echarri said. “Forever grateful for this moment and will never forget this feeling.”
During their conversation, Echarri asked Daniel Caesar for a hug and later admitted that he was shaking just by talking to the singer. At the latter part of the video, Echarri can be seen tearing up while singing along to Daniel Caesar who was performing on the stage.
“Thank you for your music… You got me through such dark times,” the actor told the “Best Part” singer. “You released [your album] ‘Never Enough’ five days after the passing of my little sister and it really got me through it.”
