Joint birthday treat

LAST Monday, I covered the joint birthday celebration of Dr. Nelly Ledesma and Juliet Aguirre at the Manila Polo Club. Elegant guests came with their dancing partners to grace “D Sparklers Club’s” special event.
At the dance-off, it was exhilarating to watch and take pictures of elderly ladies dancing for health. The participants were trained ballroom dancers.
The celebrants’ special guests included Erlinda Albay, Jun and Marizon Alli, Roderick Batan, Ignacio and Mira Bunye, Ada de Leon, Armin Demetillo, Edgardo, Dana and Chiara Ledesma, Lolita Llacuna, Mel Tiangco, Rex and Carolina Piad, Jose Ferdinand and Trisha Rojas, Erlinda Sabino, Eve Sia, Emer Tan, Ramon Tichangco, Paz Tinoy, Teresita Velasco, Linda Ejercito, Pinang Saldana, and Lulu Macalino.
During the program, Ledesma donated a hefty check to the Kapuso Foundation. It was an unforgettable and fun-filled treat for the celebrants and their friends!
