LOOK: Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao turns 70 in low-key birthday celebration
Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao, fondly called Mommy D, celebrated her 70th birthday in a simple get-together in General Santos City.
Previous birthdays saw the mom of boxing champion and senator Manny Pacquiao throw lavish parties, which included song and dance numbers and hundreds of guests.
At 70, the Pacquiao matriarch chose a striped red dress over a sparkly gown as she was surrounded by family.
Senator Pacquiao shared pictures on his Instagram on Thursday, May 16, of him and his siblings Bobby, Rogelio, Isidra, Domingo and Liza gathered around their mom on the special occasion.

“Mom, I can’t put into words how much you mean to all of us! All the hard work and selflessness to get us to where we are today. Happy 70th Birthday Mommy D,” he said.

For her 69th birthday, the boxing champ gave his mom a new van, while Jinkee treated her mother-in-law to a shopping spree in a Louis Vuitton store. /ra
