A film company initially wanted to get a rising young singer to record the theme song of a movie it was producing.

The artist, however, turned down the offer, because he was in the middle of finishing his album and didn’t want any distraction.

The movie outfit looked for replacements and had to ultimately settle for Gritty Jock (GJ).

GJ turned up in the recording studio inebriated, which understandably worried his coworkers.
