Is there truly a definitive, concrete, and fail-proof plan when it comes to finding that perfect recipe for love?

That is a mind-boggling question that will forever beg for an answer to those who are longing for their perfect partner in life. Watching movies that may offer some direction to them is one way to find out.

‘Recipe For Love’ has a plot that is centered on two people who are not even the best of friends and even dislike each other can eventually find that common ground wherein love is kindled and blossoms between the two of them. In this very specific movie ‘Recipe For Love’, it all begins in the kitchen. I will leave it there and the rest is for everyone to thread the story once ‘Recipe For Love’ has its nationwide release in cinemas on November 21, 2018.

1. Can you share what for you personally was a most unique over-the-top,  or funny, or  most embarrassing experience  you had during the filming of this movie? Please elaborate.

Enrico Cuenca: I think yung pinaka embarrassing for me… since this is my very first movie… back then… naalala ko pa na medyo barok pa ako mag Tagalog. Pero it is much better now.

Myrtle Sarrosa: For me, yung pinaka-nakakatawang scene na ginawa namin was the part nang pinag kamalan ako ng hindi nagbabayad habang kumakain, katapos binugbog ako.

So, isa yan na nakakatawa.

I don’t know kung naranasan niyo na eto in real life or meron kayo jowa that you had to meet their parents, pero awkward talaga! Mahirap yung sitwasyon na yun.

Kaya sobrang natuwa ako sa eksena linagay ni Direk dito of meeting the in-laws. When I met his mother, and he met his mother, ma f-feel mo talaga ang cringy moments, yung nakakahiya, yung embarrassing: “Mama, huwag mo sabihin yan! First day pa lang natin, huwag mo ako ipahiya ng ganyan!”. At sobrang intensive yung ginawa ni Direk kasi it’s really relatable and you will really feel it.

Sophie Albert: Siguro, yung most unique experience for me in this movie was playing a kontrabida kasi it was my first time to be suplada, to be mean to somebody so it was unique for me. Funny?

2. Given a choice, food or love? Only one choice.

Christian Bables: Ako, food. Food, po. Hindi kasi makaka-trabaho… pag gutom.

Sophie Albert: Uhmmm…

Cora Waddell: My God! So, love na lang! Para iwas away!

Myrtle Sarrosa: Love na lang din! All you need is love, period.

Enrico Cuenca: Food. Because you can’t survive without food. Kung walang love, medyo malungkot. Pero food kailangan mo… or else!
