Karla Estrada defends daughter vs K-pop boyband fans over concert tickets
Kapamilya TV host/actress Karla Estrada came to the defense of her daughter who was being criticized for being a K-pop fan.
A recent Twitter post by the actress addressed the bashers of her daughter Magui over her admiration of a Korean boy band. All the drama happened after other K-pop fans accused Magui of using “privileges” to buy tickets to the concert of Korean all-male group EXO at the MOA Arena on April 28.
“Lahat tayo, kasama ang anak kong Si magui, ay may karapatan maging fan. If you are bashing your own idol, yun ang fake fan. Wala tayong KARAPATAN para pigilan ang isang Tao para maging follower ng Korean stars. AS IN WALA. #wagmakitid #wagmadamotsadimopagaari,” she wrote.
Some diehard EXO fans said it was “unfair” that Magui was able to get a ticket including a backstage pass while they encountered difficulties securing tickets and some not being able to secure one at all.

Karla Estrada has always been a sweet and protective mom to her children. She has battled bashers in defense of her children especially those of her famous son, actor Daniel Padilla.
But apart from looking after the welfare of her kids, she also has a career of her own. Just recently, she renewed an exclusive two-year contract with her mother network ABS-CBN together with fellow “Magandang Buhay” host Melai Cantiveros. /je
