“Shameless” star Emmy Rossum showed that, like most people, she takes a break from her diet once in a while. In her Instagram Stories last week, she uploaded videos of herself relaxing on a couch, watching TV and eating a slice of pizza.
“If any of my trainers or nutritionists is watching this, I don’t want to see your DMs (direct messages),” she said. “Any DMs like, ‘When are you [going] to the gym to work off that [emoji] pizza?’ I’m just sitting on my couch, living my best life … and that’s it, OK? So deal with it!”
Rossum, who has starred in eight seasons of the comedy-drama series, added, “You know how Kate Moss says nothing tastes as good as being skinny? Well, she’s wrong—’cause this gluten-free pizza’s pretty good! [It’s about] everything in moderation, including moderation.”—OLIVER PULUMBARIT
