Actress and TV host Iya Villania’s phone was recently stolen by thieves at a toy store while she was busy attending to her son Primo. The whole incident was captured by CCTV.

Villania shared over Instagram the incident in detail. She started by informing her followers why she has not been posting any videos of Primo these past few days.

She revealed it was because a thief stole her phone. She screen grabbed the image from the CCTV clip and marked it for emphasis and wrote: “Coz this guy stole my phone.”

Villania, in a separate interview, said she left her phone in her son’s stroller while she and Primo were looking out for some stuff at the store.

“What is your hand doing at the back pocket of my stroller?” she wrote in her Instagram story.

She noticed two women who seemed to be looking at the stroller. Then a guy came in and pretended to be checking up for some toys. Looking closely at the CCTV footage, the guy examined his surroundings and slowly made his way to the stroller.

“He was working with three other girls who are the ones to first spot the item and then distract the salespeople while this guy steps in to take the item,” Villania wrote.

Villania then tried calling her phone. At first, it was ringing but it was turned off shortly after.

She then shouted to the public to be careful wherever they may be as thieves and robbers will always be around.

At the end, Villania just wished the thieves would enjoy Primo’s videos and that the videos  bring them “as much happiness as guilt.”

Villania is currently on her second trimester for her and hubby Drew Arellano’s baby no. 2.  /muf
