Apart from Brillante Ma. Mendoza’s “Captive” and Rommel Tolentino’s “Nono,” another Filipino film, Marlon Rivera’s “Ang Babae sa Septic Tank,” is going to the Berlin International Film Festival (Forum section), which is set from Feb. 9 to 19. The news was relayed by the producer, Joji Alonso. “Septic” was one of the honored films in this year’s Inquirer Indie Tribute. Bayani San Diego Jr.
