Vociferous star bans rival’s minions

12:20 AM October 11, 2017

An events organizer had to work double time to please Vociferous Star.

According to a spy, VS made impossible last-minute demands.

VS merely wanted to make sure that the minions of equally Cantankerous Rival were banned from a gathering.

VS claims those rabid attack dogs have been persistent critics in the past. VS suspects CR is behind the bloody onslaught.

FEATURED STORIES

They would undoubtedly rain on VS’ parade. So, why invite them to the party at all?

Point well-taken.

HH often goes out date-less—albeit, surrounded by gorgeous pals. Curiously, Aggressive Neophyte is often spotted all by his lonesome, as well.

Hmmm…

AN was once rumored to be HH’s constant companion.

Maybe AN and HH are “alone” together?

How convenient!

Epic fail

As expected, Overbearing Luminary’s cohorts once again bragged about a supposed act of charity.

OL claims to champion the downtrodden. Out of faux “kindness,” OL assisted Beleaguered Newcomers.

Unfortunately, OL’s efforts were in vain.

The BNs still failed miserably. Is it because OL neglected to treat the people who helped BNs properly?

The BNs got sideswiped by OL’s bad karma.

Tempest in a teapot

Are there still people naïve enough to fall for this sort of controversy?

Seasoned Veteran raised a ruckus over sins allegedly committed by Showbiz Insider.

SV claims SI hatched a dastardly plan with cohorts. As a result, SV’s reputation suffered, while Wealthy Benefactor was allowed to shine.

It was a tempest in a teapot. Against all odds, shrill SV still threw a tantrum.

Much ado about nothing?

The real ‘probinsyano’

From the Inquirer tabloid Bandera:

Although rumor-mongers are having a field day, Closeted Charmer stubbornly flaunts a not-so-secret affair with Provincial Lad.

CC insists PL is his “one true love.”

CC even wooed PL’s parents who were similarly smitten. Now, the rustic folks heartily approve of CC and PL’s unconventional relationship.

No wonder long-haired CC ignores the naysayers.

CC is a winner in PL’s eyes.

Top of the tabloids

For those who missed last weekend’s show biz news on TV (and why we are moved, if we are moved):

Kathryn Bernardo on cyberbullying: “Sana maiwasan, kasi hindi nila alam kung ano’ng epekto no’n sa mga tao.” (Agree! Spin-a-win!)

Richard Gutierrez on costar Angel Locsin being bashed by some KathNiel fans: “Tigilan na nila ang pamba-bash… We should just be thankful [to] Angel.” (Shhh…the Vampire King speaks.)

Pia Wurtzbach’s tip to Rachel Peters, who’ll compete in Miss Universe: “I-enjoy lang niya; huwag s’yang ma-distract.” (Eyes on the prize.)

Alexander Lee on holding a charity event for children: “I believe that they’re the future of our society.” (Sings: “I believe the children are our future … ”)

Erich Gonzales on going dateless at the Star Magic Ball: “OK lang ’yun, I’m fine. Love yourself nga, ’di ba?” (Sings: “…Is the greatest love of all!”)

Erich Gonzales

Regine Velasquez on her lucky charm: “Prayers. I always say, ‘Sing with me, Lord.’” (Amen.)

Andrea Torres on her love life: “I’m single and enjoying it.” (Brava!)

Gabbi Garcia on her self-written and -produced single: “Super fulfilling. It’s been my dream to join the music scene.” (OK, fine …)

Jason Abalos on transferring to GMA 7 from ABS-CBN: “May pintong nagbukas, sayang naman kung ’di ko iga-grab.” (Ayaw mo ng Uber?)
