Playboy has eyes only for young playmates

/ 12:29 AM December 07, 2011

Popular Playboy’s “playmates” are getting younger. After breaking up with his latest conquest, Pretty Starlet, PP was spotted in the company of Beautiful Ingénue.

BI often gets involved with coworkers and even figured in a messy ménage a trois in the past. PP, on the other hand, seems to have gotten tired of older women and now has eyes for nubile girls.

The fact that PP and BI were paired in a project was suspicious enough. Shortly after, a mole insists, they were caught being extra lovey-dovey in a resto.

FEATURED STORIES

Controversial Star was at a high-profile event, hobnobbing with peers.

Noticing the presence of reporters at the venue, CS suddenly scampered—like she was avoiding debt collectors.

Turned out, CS had promised an exclusive interview to Smooth Operator and didn’t want to be “ambushed” at the party.

Two faces of Eve

Duplicitous Star has been unmasked.

DS sent Rushes a text message, acting sweet and coy—like an innocent, meek lamb.

Unknown to DS, Show biz Insider had texted Rushes, too, revealing the real score.

Alas, DS was proven to be just as disrespectful to elders. DS apparently snubbed Big Boss—who couldn’t care less, and told Rushes as much.

Two faces of Adam

Scandalous Star texted away, while seated beside Gorgeous Partner.

GP was surprised by SS’ tweet—that he was heartbroken and terribly missing GP. “But I’m right here,” GP protested.

Thus caught tweeting a lie, SS reasoned out: “I’m trying to protect your privacy. Why don’t you tweet back that you miss me, too?”

GP was aghast—correctly sensing that there was something the matter with SS. Reality challenged or simply deranged?

Playboy plague

At a gathering, Aging Playboy brought a pretty young date—not his wife.

Scandalized, AP’s coworkers avoided him like the plague throughout the event.

They didn’t want to have their pictures taken with AP and the “girlfriend.” They’re all friends of AP’s wife who, they know, gave up so much for the serial philanderer—who, by the way, was a Gay Insider’s beau once.

The Bloomfields wins

Young rock band The Bloomfields won best group performer for hotels, restaurants and bars at the recently held 24th Aliw Awards. The news was relayed to Rushes by the band’s new manager, Nelia Lim, who also pointed out, “There’s no truth to the rumor that The Bloomfields has broken up. In fact the band has a full schedule this month.”

The Bloomfields’ independently produced debut CD, “Hit the Ground Running,” was reviewed by the Inquirer a few months ago.

Top of the Talk Shows

For those who missed last weekend’s TV gabfests (and why we are moved, if we are moved):

Dennis Trillo, asked if he’s ready for a new relationship: “Feeling ko sa mga nangyayari sa buhay ko, hindi pa ’ko ready  sa sunod-sunod na relasyon. Kumbaga ina-assess ko rin ’yung sarili ko. Naisip ko na panatilihing maging single muna at pagtuunan ng pansin ’yung mga mas importanteng bagay sa buhay ko.” (Where does that leave Bianca King?)

Dennis’ message to Jennylyn Mercado and Luis Manzano: “Stay happy! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!” (Hmmm, too cheerful, don’t you think?)

Iza Calzado on not getting the lead female role in “Panday 2”: “Wala akong ilusyon na ako lang ang leading lady. That’s fine by me … I’m here to work. I’m here to make money. I’m here to do my job, which is to act.” (With or without “Panday”!)

Jackie Forster on quitting “Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Double Showdown”: “Sometimes it’s okay to say goodbye if it’s not the right thing for you, if what you’re doing is not right anymore. Kasi hindi naman pwedeng paninindigan mo dahil lang sa prize. Parang binebenta mo ’yung pagkatao mo, eh.” (Ayyyy, loaded! What happened kaya?)

Matteo Guidicelli on rumors that he and Maja Salvador have broken up: “Okay naman ang lahat. Nothing to worry about … We have little arguments here and there, but that’s normal in any relationship.” (Now, where did we hear this one before? Ahh, everywhere!)

Pokwang, asked if she really prefers a foreigner as boyfriend: “Kahit ’di na siguro foreigner basta bibigyan niya ng respeto ’yung anak ko. Kahit anong lahi niya!” (Good answer—if she must have a boyfriend.)

Gerald Anderson, asked where he will kiss Sarah Geronimo, given the chance: “Sa lips! Kissable lips.” (Ayan, kilig tuloy si Sarah. Again.)

Angel Locsin

Angel Locsin on being told that her name is embroidered on Phil Younghusband’s football shoes: “Umurong kayo nang konti kasi naaapakan niyo ’yung buhok ko, eh!” (Cute. She must be having fun—funny na siya e.)

Ai Ai de las Alas, asked about her political plans: “Sa 2016 pa … Siguro pumunta muna tayo sa Congress!” (Nakup.)

John Lloyd Cruz, asked about her relationship with Shaina Magdayao: “Bakit? Wala po akong gustong sabihin kahit kanino. Nasabi ko na ’yung gusto kong sabihin.” (E di… ’wag!)

Vilma Santos on Jennlyn Mercado: “What you see is what you get with Jen, which I like. Jen is down-to-earth. I’m enjoying her company kapag nagkikita kami kasi game lang siya, eh.” (Hello, Ate Vi?)

Kris Bernal, asked if she and Aljur Abrenica talk about their respective love lives: “Minsan kapag hinihingan ko siya ng opinyon, nakikita ko sa kanya kinikilala niya po talaga ’yung guys. Saka niya sinasabi sa ’kin kung okay.” (Parang… tatay!)

Marian Rivera on the secret to a great relationship: “Yung pagkakaunawaan namin sa isa’t isa. Saka siyempre, love and trust.” (Speechless kami.)

Mark Bautista on people linking him to KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual’s breakup: “Wala na akong masasabi. Alam naman nila kung mabuti o masama ’yung ginagawa nila.” (Was that a yes or no?)

Geoff Eigenmann, asked if he’s okay about Carla Abellana going the sexy route: “It’s something I don’t think anyone can really get used to … Whatever she decides, ayaw ko man o hindi, she has my full support.” (That’s a no.)
