FEATURED STORIES

Aside from having Lee Jong-suk and Han Hyo-joo as leads, the drama was praised for having a unique premise.

It started when surgeon Oh Yeon-joo’s (played by Han Hyo-joo) father went missing while writing the last chapter of his famous web-cartoon series “W”. Yeon-joo went to his office and found his father’s computer showing a scene where Kang Cheol (played by Lee Jong-suk), the main character of the webtoon, is seems to be dying. Searching further, she found a note by her father and while she’s reading it, a hand suddenly appeared from the computer and pulled her. Next thing she knew, she’s on top of a building with a man beside her, bleeding profusely. She saved the man and found out he was Kang Cheol. Yeon-joo realized that she already entered the bittersweet world of the Webtoon that her father created, and the only way she can escape depends on Kang Cheol’s feelings.
