Her departure from ABS-CBN, which has been her home studio for over 20 years, has left her legion of fans devastated. In her social media accounts, fans have constantly left messages of support for the TV host.
Perhaps taking a break from all her personal and professional stresses, her recent series of Instagram posts show Aquino in Japan vacationing with sons Josh and Bimby.

In one of her posts, her fans commented about their wish for the Queen of All Media to return to the Kapamilya network, referring to ABS-CBN.

However, it was the message of one netizen with the username @yapdette that grabbed the loquacious actress’ attention.

She replied to the netizen that “[ABS-CBN] does not want me anymore – but it’s cool.” However, she added cryptically, “There’s always a [rainbow and heart emoticons].” The rainbow was GMA Network’s previous ID tag and the heart is its “Kapuso” tag. Was she referring to GMA then and a possible transfer to it?

Her followers expressed their support for Aquino even if she transfers to the Kapuso network.

On Wednesday, via an Instagram post, Aquino announced that she was set to star in a big Hollywood movie and that she would start filming her scenes this month. “We’re back on the 8th for my fittings for the Hollywood movie I’m not allowed to talk about. I’m filming my scenes this June 2017.” Details of her movie remain confidential.
