Darren Espanto celebrated his 16th birthday by giving back to his fans who have wholeheartedly supported him throughout his career.
The singer held a meet and greet with his fans at the SM Skydome, which was organized by his record label, MCA Music. After Espanto serenaded his fans, they in turn showcased their talent in front of their idol.
