Mikhail Red’s “Birdshot” is one of the featured films in the Asian Panorama section of the 7th Vientianale International Film Festival, currently ongoing in Vientiane, Laos, until March 26. According to its website, the fest offers an “exciting program of 40 feature and short films from 25 countries around the world.”

The fest aims to “present an insight into cutting-edge Asian films, animated movies, thought-provoking documentaries … as well as short films from interfilm Berlin, Germany’s largest short film festival.”
