Tail Tales: Ina Feleo’s puppy Nala the jealous type

Actress Ina Feleo describes her female Shih Tzu, Nala, which is 1 year and 8 months old, as the “most malambing” dog she’s ever had. “She’s behaving more like me as she gets older… She’s sweet, but there are times when she just wants her space (like a cat),” she told the Inquirer.

The little tot, Ina related, is also quite the jealous type. “When she sees me talking to other people, she always wants to join,” she said. “And like me, she loves eating, too!”

How does she take care of Nala? “I make sure she is fed right, and given vitamins, regular shots and check-ups. I bathe her every week and have her groomed once a month,” Ina said, adding that taking good care of a pet, despite having a busy schedule, is all about time management. “Sometimes, if I’m busy with work, and my mom (Laurice Guillen) or (sister) Ana is at home, they spend time with her.”—ALLAN POLICARPIO
