‘Kulafu’ screens abroad, returns to PH

On top of current screenings in Canada (until May 7), Paul Soriano’s “Kid Kulafu” has a return engagement in local theaters: SM Cinemas (Mall of Asia, North Edsa, Megamall, Bacoor, Davao), Greenhills and Powerplant Mall. The film, also screened in several US theaters, stars Buboy Villar as the young Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao.

The screenings coincide with Pacquiao’s fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. in Las Vegas on May 2 (May 3 in Manila). Bayani San Diego Jr.
