Saab Magalona, Jim Bacarro exchange vows

MANILA, Philippines—Actress and blogger Saab Magalona, daughter of the late “master rapper” Francis Magalona, married Cheats bandmate Jim Bacarro in a Catholic ceremony in Baguio City on Saturday.

Wearing a Sassa Jimenez gown, Magalona walked down the aisle of St. Ignatius Chapel before the couple’s respective families and friends. Bacarro donned a Ziggy Savella suit while the bridesmaids wore Eric de los Santos.

Some of the entourage members were the Magalona siblings Maxene, Clara, Frank, Elmo and Arkin, and close friends of the couple such as actresses Megan and Lauren Young, while principal sponsors included actor Michael V and TAPE Inc. executive Malou Choa-Fagar.

Tying the knot after a three-year relationship, the couple were engaged last year during a trip to Tokyo, Japan. RC
