“To take care of my health. If it’s impossible; don’t force it. At the end of the day, health is wealth. I got sickly last year because I was overworked and stressed out. I really need to take care of my health because it’s not easy to be 36 years old and [stay] beautiful!”

“2014 was a year full of concerts here and abroad. It was also a year of accolades and awards. Everything was happening nonstop and I was working nonstop, too. Until one day, I lost my voice. It was a wake-up call for me that made me realize not to abuse my vocal chords.
“This year, health will be my priority. Good spacing between concerts is important to give my instrument time to rest and recover.”
Donita Rose
“Time management. I am usually very diligent about being early for work but if it was personal, I would slack off a bit. Over time, this greatly offended my husband and made me realize that being late for a commitment, regardless of the reason, shows disregard for others and robs them of their time. My goal is to make it a habit to stay consistent this year. I hope we all break that ‘Filipino time’ mentality.”
Gladys Reyes
“Learning to prioritize things and be more patient.”
Mark Herras
“To be responsible in all the things that I do. We will never run out of problems so we have to be ready to handle anything.”
Jestoni Alarcon
“It is not important to have numerous friends; what’s more significant is to have a few ones you can trust, rely on and treat like family. Quality over quantity.”
Jojo Alejar
“I learned that rejection should be treated as redirection. I will apply that to my dealings both in show biz and other ventures. Also, I realized that when God is with you, no one can, and no one will, be against you.”
Jose Mari Chan
“The line between good health and sickness is extremely thin. Spend as much time with our parents while we still have them. We should not take our health for granted.”
Rocco Nacino
“Discipline. And always keeping my feet on the ground. There were a lot of temptations that could have made me change my attitude, but I stayed disciplined. I hope to maintain that this year, along with a close relationship with my family.”
Noel Cabangon
“Sometimes fame gets into your head without you knowing. It’s good to have my wife to keep me grounded and remind me to be humble.”
