‘Norte’ wins in Spain

Lav Diaz’s “Norte, Hangganan ng Kasaysayan” won the Audience Award at the Murcia International Film Festival, held in southeastern Spain from March 3 to 9. Now on its fifth year, the Murcia fest was formerly known as the Ibn Arabi Film Festival or IBAFF. “Norte” will have three more screenings in Ayala cinemas (at Ayala Center Cebu, Greenbelt and Glorietta) this month.
