Restoring ‘Ganito Kami Noon’

After Ishmael Bernal’s “Himala” and Peque Gallaga’s “Oro, Plata, Mata,” Central Digital Lab and ABS-CBN Archives are now digitally restoring Eddie Romero’s “Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon.”

The National Artist’s son, director Joey Romero, told the Inquirer: “When he learned of the restoration [before he died], my father said he was happy that today’s generation would still be able to watch it.” Bayani San Diego Jr.
