Hunky Star was four hours late on the set of a high-profile project. Production Staffer decided to shoot around HS to avoid costly delays.
Supporting Player, on the other hand, had made an effort to get to the out-of-town location ahead of schedule. Only minutes away from the venue, SP got a call from PS.
PS said SP didn’t have to show up, because the scenes that SP would have been in were already done. PS decided to have those scenes shot first, since HS was missing in action.
Clearly, PS would move heaven and earth for HS, and SP was just collateral damage. SP was crest-fallen. HS’ tardiness had cost SP that job.
Mommyger’s regret
High-flying Mommyger thought the good days would last forever, because her Pint-sized Star was the toast of Tinseltown.
PS was swamped with projects, meaning HM could afford all sorts of luxury items.

One fine day, PS threw a tantrum. Studio bosses, seeing that PS could grow up to be a prima donna, quickly pulled the plug.
PS lost not a few assignments. HM certainly felt the pinch and regretted not saving for a rainy day.
Snubbed
Flamboyant Personality incurred the wrath of Troubled Star.
At a splashy show biz event, FP acted like the belle of the ball, giddy and gaudy, and blowing air kisses at fellow celebrities.
FP moved to greet Sexy Siren who was standing near TS. As FP approached, TS turned around and dashed out, leaving FP with a frozen beso.
Noisy FP must’ve done something really bad to offend TS.
Pricey punishment
Heard on the Radyo Inquirer program “Kliq Showbiz” (dzIQ 990 AM, Monday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.):
Handsome Actor caused a commotion at Sultry Lover’s workplace, challenging Hunky Guy to a fistfight. Big Bosses decided to punish HA, who was told to go on vacation.
Well, it seems BBs played into HA’s hands. Overworked HA had been pestering his handlers for a holiday for the longest time.
Now he’s going on a long break, reportedly in a pricey resort abroad. And word has it that SL will follow as soon as her work is done.

Stalk me not
Picked up from the Inquirer tabloid Bandera.
Talented Performer is upset with Gifted Entertainer. TP and GE have been planning to transfer to Different Studio at the same time.
GE, however, pulled a fast one and jumped ship without telling TP. Now, TP can’t bolt without looking like a second-rate, trying-hard copycat.
Last thing TP wants is to look like GE’s stalker, especially since there are rumors TP is infatuated with GE.
