‘Charitable’ TV host is really quite a grouch

A NETWORK insider cannot stand Charitable Host who, on TV, looks very compassionate.

Off-cam, however, CH could be an effective endorser for Orocan products, a mole says. (“She’s so plastic!”)

During the program, CH acts seriously concerned about the impoverished children who are usually featured. Once the director yells cut, CH hurries off to the dressing room, eager to leave the kids.

Triple trouble

Reality Hunk continues to make waves even as a dad. Actually, being a father isn’t his biggest secret.

Turns out, RH roomed in with two fellow Screen Studs in their younger days. SS1 appeared in a sexy movie, and then disappeared. SS2 worked abroad as an entertainer and came home with a new gender—and a handsome lover in tow.

For sure, RH would rather sweep that episode under the rug.

Direk’s fave

Gay Director’s Facebook page has yielded a curious discovery. The photo section teems with pics of Cute Newbie, apparently Direk’s favorite.

According to a mole, CN is notorious on campus for a rather insatiable sexual appetite. A gay classmate claims to have sampled the wares.

CN is allegedly in the flesh trade.

Matchmaker in flames

Handsome Actor is purportedly the fave escort of Controversial Star. CS should be wary.

Seems the match for the budding affair was made by Scandalous Personality, who may be secretly mad at CS. After all, HA used to raid SP’s ATM account.

But HA was also once involved with CS’ best buddy, who’s also a guy. Confusing.

Hunk’s secret

Hunky Actor confessed to a friend that he was once molested by Veteran Gay, whose stable he joined as a teener.

HA said VG forced him to take a shower with fellow wards while VG watched. Then VG forced them to engage in unmentionable acts with him.

No wonder HA is messed up.

Cosplay queens

Cosplay “queens” (and sisters) Alodia and Ashley Gosiengfiao are the endorsers for new teen retail brand F’g Freshgear.

Costume play is a novel performance art that has participants wearing costumes and accessories to epitomize characters mostly from Japanese manga, animé, video games, comic books and graphic novels.

Alodia says, “Being young opens up a fabulous opportunity to be more expressive, more creative, more daring.”

Top of the Talk Shows

For those who missed last weekend’s TV gabfests (And why we are moved, if we are moved):

Aljur Abrenica on being romantically linked to Ai Ai de las Alas: “Baka ina-assume niyo lang.” (Uh, where there’s smoke… ?)

Lani Mercado on 25 years of marriage to Sen. Bong Revilla: “Sa lahat ng unos, tayo’y kumbaga eh, nanalo at namayagpag!” (Parang marami yata ah.)

Jackie Rice, asked about her non-show biz beau: “Nakikita ko ’yung effort niya. Pupunta siya sa taping … dadalaw siya sa bahay … Mas close pa yata siya sa family ko kaysa sa ’kin!” (Effort nga!)

Juliana Palermo on being a new mom (to Ace Christian, one-month-old): “The part that I was really looking forward to the whole time I was pregnant was ’yung unang iyak niya. I was crying the moment I heard him cry … Feel na feel ko pagiging mommy ko!” (There’s more where that cry came from.)

Michelle Madrigal, asked if she has moved on from her breakup with John Hall: “Siyempre, ’di naman nawala ’yung feelings ko right away. But siyempre, you have to move on, ’di ba? Friends naman kami ni John, so better na ganun muna for now.” (Ano raw?)

John Lloyd Cruz on “Imortal” leading lady Angel Locsin’s dedication to her work: “Mahirap hanapan ng mali si Angel Locsin! Nagmumura ang kabutihan sa kanyang personalidad …” (Please explain.)

Deborah Sun’s appeal to the show biz industry: “Ayun, mabigyan lang [sana] ako ng trabaho.” (C’mon guys, she’s a good actress.)

Jolo Revilla denies rumors of a relationship with Jodi Santamaria: “We’re just friends … Ayoko nang pag-usapan ’to. Masyado nang maraming problema ’yung tao.” (Uuy, concerned!)
