ATTY. JOSE Ferdinand Rojas II loves to read, especially real-life stories. “I like history and autobiographies, because we can learn from the past,” he shares. He also enjoys hosting “Pusong Pinoy,” his radio program every Saturday, 7-8 a.m. on dwIZ, which addresses the health needs of its listeners, as well as his stints on the Sunday show, “Pari Ko,” hosted by Fr. Jojo Buenafe and Fr. Jason Laguerta, from 9:30 to 10:30 p.m.
Atty. Joy is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts, with degrees in political science and economics. In 1994, he finished his Doctor of Law degree at the Ateneo Law School.
At the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, of which he’s the general manager, Rojas implements cost-saving measures that enhance its programs and increase its revenue. He leads by example and says that he doesn’t micromanage, “because that’s how to develop a person’s potential.”
Atty. Joy will be celebrating his birthday on May 2. Happy birthday!
