Films in the running for the Cannes festival Palme d’Or

PARIS—The Cannes film festival on Thursday unveiled the lineup of movies that will go head to head in the race for the Palme d’Or at the French Riviera festival on May 15-26.

Here are the 19 films chosen to compete before the jury headed by US director Steven Spielberg:
