She asked the press to spare her and her son, “who is not a show biz personality.” She pleaded: “Please don’t use our family squabble to divert the public’s attention from serious issues that are killing all of us (like): Corruption in government. Don’t treat us like Kris Aquino. A mother and son’s problem is not the nation’s problem.” She, however, granted an interview with Cristy Fermin on the TV5 chismis show, “Ang Latest.” Bandera
