The 5-year-old tyke shared a snapshot with mom Karla Estrada but we bet all eyes were on him as early as then. Fast forward to the here and now, this kid is now making teenyboppers shriek and swoon with every move he makes onstage and onscreen. That’s heartthrob Daniel Padilla, who turns 18 on April 26.
