MANILA, Philippines—Superstar Nora Aunor is back in the country for three months.

In a report from 990 AM Radyo Inquirer, Aunor arrived at 4 a.m. Tuesday at the NAIA. She was welcomed by German “Kuya Germs” Moreno and Laguna Gov. ER Ejercito. It was reported that Aunor apologized for several delays of her arrival.

Earlier, Ejercito announced that Aunor is back to do a film about President Emilio Aguinaldo. She will play the role of Maria Agoncillo, General Emilio Aguinaldo’s second wife.

In an Inquirer report last week, it was also announced that Aunor has projects with TV 5 or the Kapatid Network.

However, Aunor told the media people at the airport that she will be back in the United States after three months for a much-needed operation.
