Controversial celeb’s false generosity bared

/ 05:08 PM December 29, 2012

A mole got miffed with Controversial Celebrity.

CC had been bragging about being generous to friends, especially this holiday season.

Spy was unconvinced because CC had seemed reluctant to part with the presents. It took a lot of hemming and hawing, our source said.

Moreover, the so-called gifts were “recycled”! Spy claimed that CC merely gave away unwanted items received from a Huge Corporation.

FEATURED STORIES

Was HC forced to send those “gifts” just because of CC’s perceived power-tripping?

Seems VS got even by spreading a nasty rumor that MS was back to old ways and was still hooked on a nasty habit.

Was this the reason that a blind item on MS ended up on a TV chat show?

Image makeover

Veteran Star seriously wanted to help Aggressive Newcomer quash all the ill talk about the latter’s alleged prima donna ways.

AN has been portrayed as a raging diva, too haughty and aloof for comfort. VS wanted to give AN an image makeover.

Unfortunately, VS had to concede that AN was “a bit” stubborn: “VS doesn’t listen.”

Actually, VS could just teach by example and show AN that a little humility goes a long, long way in the biz.

Shrill hunk

Excited Fan wanted to meet Neophyte Hunk.

As luck would have it, EF bumped into NH at an indie event. NH looked gorgeous, exactly as he did in sexy photos online.

But when NH started talking, he sounded like a … uh, eunuch.

Maybe NH sings tenor when the gang goes caroling, or is he a closet case?

Mambo line

Pretty Starlet has earned a rather unsavory reputation.

Neighbors were shocked because a virtual mambo line of men has been spotted at her pad. In quick succession, PS would entertain Scandalous Ex-flame, Present Beau and Rumored Suitor.

In the once-quiet neighborhood, PS is now whispered about as the playgirl-in-residence.

Repossessed

High-flying Personality had a rude awakening recently.

Rampant social-climbing and overspending finally caught up with HP. A flashy new car was allegedly repossessed because HP failed to keep up with payments.

Was this the reason that HP’s “international” project went pfft?

HP was just never the same after breaking up with Rich Lover.

Top of Bandera

The top show biz news in the Inquirer tabloid Bandera (and why we are moved if we are moved.):

(Is that a threat?)

(Good call.)

(The ball’s in your court, Cristine.)

(Knock on the car window three times, and they’ll go away. Oh wait, not that syndicate?)

JC DE VERA

(Are you implying that this isn’t normal?)

(With his looks, why aren’t we surprised?)

(Until you’re the actual misis, save it.)

COCO Martin

Ai-Ai mahigpit na misis. (Di ba lahat ng misis ganoon?)

Vice itinatago pa rin ang dyowang player. (Baka … ashamed.)

(Talk about being generous!)

(And whose fault is that?)

(Things balance out.)

(And you know this because … ?)

Kasalang Jolo-Jodi “hinaharang” daw ni Pampi Lacson. (Technically, Jodi and Pampi are still married, right?)
