MANILA, Philippines – MMDA chairman Francis Tolentino and the executive committee announced that the MMFF New Wave section has been extended until December 24 at Glorietta 4. Tolentino and the Execom gave 90 percent of earnings to the filmmakers, too. Bayani San Diego Jr.
