Vista Land closes 2012 with another record-breaking year, cementing their status as the leader in Philippine residential real estate development by sponsoring JLO’s Manila concert.

If 2011 marked an increase in revenues for the property developer, raking in PHP 13.5 billion, an increase of 17%, 2012 is no different. Vista Land is redefining the concert community by bringing in Forbes’ most powerful celebrity – Jennifer Lopez.
