There is more to Jonathan Sterling than being Celeste Cortesi’s boyfriend.

Following the first episode of “Celeste Unscripted,” which introduced viewers to Cortesi’s life beyond the pageant world, the second installment shifts the focus to Sterling, offering a closer look at the British entrepreneur and philanthropist, his relationship with Cortesi, his ambitions, and the future he hopes to build.

Sterling, who has a background in technology entrepreneurship and software engineering, is also a co-founder of Goat Creative Studios alongside Emmy Award-winning producer Michael Carandang. The company is behind Celeste Unscripted, which follows Cortesi as she opens up about her life beyond the pageant stage.

Sterling does not shy away from sharing what he ultimately wants from life, particularly when it comes to love and family.

“I want to settle down. If we’re going to do this, let’s only be with each other,” he says.

His idea of settling down is closely tied to the family he hopes to have someday. Sterling also opens up about the kind of home he grew up in and how it shaped his own ideas about becoming a husband and father.

But family is only one part of Sterling’s world. Viewers will also get a glimpse into Sterling’s interests outside his relationship with Cortesi, including his passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and his friendship with Craig Jones.

The second episode also takes viewers to the Craig Jones Invitational in Las Vegas, a team grappling tournament that brings together some of the world’s top jiu-jitsu athletes and supports the Fair Fight Foundation, which carries out charitable initiatives in the United States and around the world.

For Cortesi, stepping into Sterling’s world gives her a different perspective on the man she knows in Manila.

“I’m able to really see his world and what his passions are,” she says. With Sterling juggling entrepreneurship, philanthropy, personal passions, and a relationship that is becoming increasingly serious, the second episode promises a side of him that viewers may not have seen before.

And as Cortesi puts it, sometimes getting to know someone means stepping into their world — one that, for Sterling, may be pointing toward something much bigger. /atm
