Lea Salonga to appear in ‘Ragtime’ concert in New York

MANILA, Philippines—Filipino singer-actress Lea Salonga will be part of the concert staging of “Ragtime,” with fellow Tony winner Tyne Daly.

Show will go onstage in New York on February 18. Salonga will play the role of Mother in the Tony-winning musical based on an EL Doctorow novel.
