Izzy Trazona’s trans daughter Sofia undergoes breast augmentation
Drag queen and internet personality Sofia Trazona declared that she’s ready to embrace her “hot girl” self after revealing that she underwent a breast augmentation procedure.
Sofia, daughter of SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona and Michael Navarro, flaunted her curves and slim physique in an Instagram post on Sunday, April 19, while sharing a photo of her new self.
“Officially part of the hot girls club,” she captioned her post.

Her transformation was also shared by the aesthetic clinic where she had her procedure in a separate post.

Sofia came out as a trans woman in January 2025, but it led to her and her born-again Christian mom’s estrangement for a time. Still, she expressed how much she loves her mother in multiple occasions.
Her gender transformation also drew the ire of Izzy’s current husband, Alvin Aragon amid the latter’s controversial remarks targeting the LGBTQIA+ community, and even SexBomb Girls’ manner of dresing up for their performances.
Sofia earlier expressed her support for her mother’s former group, saying that they taught her how to be “confident” and embrace her femininity.
“One thing I love about SexBomb is that people don’t see them because of their clothes. They see them more than the clothes, beyond the clothes, they see them as empowering women, sobrang strong nilang tao, and their undeniable talent… It gives them confidence, eh,” she said. /edv
