Fading Hunk’s career has seen better days, but he still acts as if he is the toast of the town and God’s gift to women and gays.
FH bumped into Popular Colleague at a big event. In an imperious tone, FH told PC: “Let’s work on a project together. We can shell out P20 million each.”
Turned off big time, PC wasn’t about to flush hard-earned moolah down the drain just for the pleasure of working with FH.
User-friendly
Gay Actor might be compared to MacBook Air: He is user-friendly and would think nothing of leaving people in the air when he’s done with them.
Devoted Friend, who secretly adores GA, realized that much, all too painfully. DF would move mountains for GA—until he begged DF to help prop up his Handsome Lover’s waning career. DF was deeply hurt, especially since blissfully clueless HL was just too glad to grab the lifeline.
DF gave GA hell, but soon absolved the charming cutie.
Con stars
Aging Hunk has been black-listed in several gay circles.
Reportedly, AH would set up dates with gay patrons for a hefty fee, show up at the appointed rendezvous and collect the cash.
But before the dirty deed was done, AH would invent some excuse or other to cut the dalliance short. In the end, the gay clients would be left high and dry.
At least, AH doesn’t resort to extortion—unlike Former Heartthrob, who teams up with fake cops to extract money from customers.
Bargain basement
Controversial Celebrity has a nasty modus operandi.
To snatch projects from rivals, CC asks for a much lower talent fee. CC would shamelessly use family connections to seal the deal.
There ought to be a law against influence peddling among the egregiously untalented.
Pinoy transgender wins
PATTAYA, Thailand—Twenty-year-old Kevin Balot, a nursing graduate from the Philippines, won the prestigious Miss International Queen, the worldwide pageant of transgenders and transvestites.
Kevin was also voted Ms Photogenic, according to pageant organizers Tiffany Show and Piton Communications.
The yearly event held on Nov. 2 in this resort city was aired live on Thai television and watched by millions. The pageant aims to empower transgenders and promote LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) rights. Jofelle Tesorio
