BTS will drop a new single, “Come Over,” as part of an LP version of their “ARIRANG” album, BIGHIT MUSIC said Friday.
The new vinyl record will feature all 14 songs from the fifth studio album, along with a new song dedicated to their fans (or ARMY), available exclusively on the LP, according to the company.
Suga participated in producing the song, with RM and J-hope contributing to the songwriting.
Meanwhile, the group will embark on the “BTS World Tour Arirang” in Goyang, northwest of Seoul, on April 11 and continue in major cities around the world, including Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Manila, through 2027.
The LP release comes two weeks after their long-awaited studio album, which celebrates BTS’s heritage and marks their return to the music scene after the members completed their mandatory military service.
The septet marked the album with a grand comeback showcase in Gwanghwamun Square in Central Seoul, a historical landmark in the South Korean capital, and is often known for its cultural and government-related activities, as well as protests.
A week after its release, “ARIRANG” topped the Billboard Hot 200 charts for the seventh time. The album’s title track, “SWIM,” also debuted at the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 (dated April 4, 2006). — with reports from Hannah Mallorca/INQUIRER.net
