Sofia Andres is working with Meta to get back her Instagram account after it was disabled due to a system issue.

Andres took to her TikTok account on Saturday, March 28, to share an update on her Instagram account, thanking her followers for their support.

“Account deactivated. My Instagram Account is currently under review—looks like a system issue affecting multiple accounts. Already being fixed. Thank you for the support,” she said.

Andres earlier made rounds on social media after she mistakenly said the name of broadcast journalist Jeff Canoy while introducing herself in her guest appearance on the March 16 episode of “TV Patrol Express.”

Canoy found the mix-up to be funny and played along, introducing himself as the actress.

The actress currently stars as Claudia Cabrera in “The Alibi: Ang Buong Katotohanan,” which was recently moved to the 8:45 time slot of the Kapamilya Channel’s teleserye block. /edv
