LOOK: Atasha Muhlach stuns with toned physique
Atasha Muhlach left fans and fellow celebrities in awe as she showed off her lean body and toned abs after undergoing months of strength training.
The actress-TV host documented through her Instagram page on Tuesday, March 24, the photoshoot she did as part of a brand campaign. She recalled how the project was offered to her at the time when she was unable to walk due to her foot injury.
“I started with what I could control which was my diet with high protein meals and focusing on healthy food. Slowly, I worked my way back and began strength training with Arnold Aninion who I would like to thank for bringing back fitness into my life like no other,” she said, referring to her fitness coach.
“What felt like a challenge turned into a blessing. It gave me a purpose during my recovery and something to strive for,” she continued.
Atasha further noted how being part of the campaign was “a pinch me moment” for her as she would only see and admire the celebrities who were part of it when she was growing up.
“After endless hours in the gym, months of discipline, Century Tuna and hard work, here we are,” she added, saying she is “humbled” by the love and support she has been receiving. “Maraming salamat from the bottom of my heart. I love you all.”
Showering Atasha with compliments via the comments section were her parents Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez, her twin brother Andres Muhlach, as well as fellow celebrities Anne Curtis, Kim Molina and Kakai Bautista.
