Lee Seung-gi, Lee Da-in expecting second child

Lee Seung-gi and Lee Da-in are preparing to be a family of four after confirming they are expecting their second child.

Seung-gi’s agency, Big Planet Made, announced that Da-in is currently five months pregnant via Korean media outlet Maeil Business Newspaper on Friday, February 13.

“Lee Da-in is five months pregnant, and [the couple is] prioritizing the mother’s health and stability while focusing on prenatal care,” it stated. 

Seung-gi and Da-in tied the knot in a grand ceremony at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, in April 2023. The couple’s relationship was confirmed in May 2021, although they have been reported to be dating since late 2020. 

The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in February 2024.

Seung-gi is notable as an actor, singer, and entertainer in his home country. Many of his K-dramas are known to be hits, including “My Girlfriend is a Gumiho,” “Gu Family Book,” “Vagabond,” “Mouse,” and “The King 2 Hearts,” to name a few. Two of his most popular songs include “Will You Marry Me?” and “And Goodbye.”

The actor-entertainer has been taking a break from the industry since his contract dispute with his former agency, Hook Entertainment, in 2022. This is due to the label’s alleged lack of transparency about payments to Seung-gi.

Meanwhile, Da-in appeared in the K-dramas “My Dearest,” “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth,” and “Doctor Prisoner.” She and Seunggi made headlines in April 2025 after ending ties with her family due to the actress’ father renewed indictment for alleged stock price manipulation. /edv
