Eugene Domingo expressed her gratitude to a fan after the latter found the actress’ lost phone and exerted effort to reach her to return it.

The veteran actress lost her phone during the premiere night of her 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry “UnMarry” on Sunday, Dec. 21.

In the video shared by Facebook user Roselle Castillo, Domingo was already at the parking and was seemingly about to leave the venue when her Cebuano fan, Tonsy Tarona, approached her and handed her her phone.

“Thank you, Tonsy, ha. Buti na lang ikaw ang nakapulot,” Domingo addressed Tarona. (Thank you, Tonsy. It was a good thing that it was you who found it.)

Meanwhile, starring alongside Domingo and Marudo in “UnMarry” are Angelica Panganiban and Solenn Heussaff. The film, directed by Jeffrey Jeturian, is set to premiere in local cinemas on Dec. 25, Christmas Day. /edv
