Alden Richards expressed his frustration after his bike frame sustained a damage, which supposedly happened after flying with an international airline.
Richards took to his social media platforms on Sunday, June 24, to call out Hong Kong-based carrier Cathay Pacific for allegedly mishandling his bike and other biking-related supplies, while sharing photos of his fractured bike frame.
“Shoutout to @cathaypacific for fracturing my bike frame and unloading my bike box and bike rack on my way home to the Philippines. Please do something about this,” he wrote, while tagging the airline.

The actor didn’t disclose which country or local destination he came from, but his recent Instagram post showed him posing with his bike in a mountainous location.

The carrier has yet to respond to the “Hello, Love, Again” star’s complaint, as of this writing.
INQUIRER.net tried to reach out to the airline company for comment, but it has yet to give a statement on the matter.
Richards has been recently dabbling in cycling as a way of maintaining his fitness routine, which he described last April as the beginning of “another era.” He earlier claimed he is “dead serious” about his new hobby, even going biking with fellow Kapuso actor and cyclist Kristoffer Martin.
The Kapuso star also made headlines after he announced that his upcoming film “Out of Order,” which marked his debut as a film director, was among the entries of Vietnam’s Da Nang Asian Film Festival under the Asian In-Competition category. It will run from June 29 to July 5. /edv
