The supplier of Zeinab Harake and Bobby Ray Parks Jr.’s multi-tiered cake at their recent wedding set the record straight after false claims that it cost a whopping P2 million circulated on social media.

“Contrary to circulating rumors regarding the wedding cake of Zeinab and [Bobby Ray Parks], the cake was NOT an extravagant 2 million creation,” Honey Glaze Cakes said in a statement it posted on its Instagram page on Wednesday, June 11, without disclosing the cost of the cake.

“While we appreciate the enthusiasm and attention surrounding our cake, we must clarify that such claims are false and inaccurate.”

It was not immediately known where the rumors stemmed from.

The supplier added that it is committed to delivering exceptional wedding cakes for their clients “within a reasonable budget.”

“We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that each creation is both stunning and delicious,” it added.

Concluding its statement, the cake supplier reminded netizens, “We urge the public to be cautious of misleading information regarding our services and pricing.”

Harake and Parks have yet to comment on the matter as of this writing.

The couple, who first went public with their romance in 2023, tied the knot last June 1 in a ceremony held in Tagaytay.  /ra
