Viva dismisses rumors Xian Lim, Louise delos Reyes have child together

Louise delos Reyes and Xian Lim’s talent management company Viva Artists Agency have slammed reports swirling on social media alleging that they have a child together, saying these are false and libelous.

Part of the supposed false report circulating in some social media posts included delos Reyes carrying a child.

“There are rumors circulating online which suggest that two of our artists, Louise Delos Reyes and Xian Lim, have a child together. These rumors are completely false and are in fact, libelous,” Viva Artists Agency said in a statement released on its Instagram page on Tuesday, June 10.

“In what we see as an attempt to gain more attention, as ‘clickbait,’ some of these posts also include a photo of a minor. This is an invasion of privacy and is inappropriate, irresponsible, exploitative, and in poor taste,” it added.

The talent company then reminded netizens to be discerning of the information they consume online.

“We ask that the public refrain from spreading or engaging with malicious and false information,” the statement concluded.

Both Lim and Delos Reyes, who paired up in the 2019 film “Hanggang Kailan,” did not immediately comment on the matter.

Lim has been in a relationship with Viva producer Iris Lee, while Delos Reyes is currently engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend Jino. /edv
