Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna were all smiles and filled with pride as their eldest daughter, Tali, achieved a milestone in her young football journey.
Luna captured the special moment on her Instagram page, sharing a photo of Tali posing with her trophy and medal in recognition of her performance in the Youth Football League.
In a separate photo, the proud parents posed with their daughter, and Luna wrote in the caption, “Proud of your achievements, Tali girl! Big or small, we’re always cheering for you! We strive for progress, not perfection.”
Luna also shared some photos of Tali with her teammates as she thanked their coaches for their patience and love for the kids.

Sotto previously surprised Tali with a lively dance performance at the latter’s school event, a moment that received positive reactions from netizens.
In an interview earlier this year, the “Eat Bulaga” host shared that he wants to be a present father to his young kids now, as it was something he was not able to do with his first children, Danica and Oyo (with Dina Bonnevie), Vico (with Connie Reyes), and Paulina (with Angela Luz).
“They didn’t grow up with me. That’s the sad part about being an absentee dad,” Sotto admitted, adding that he now tries to make time for his older kids. “[But now] I get to witness Tali’s milestones because they happened during the pandemic when I wasn’t working. I heard her first words, saw her first steps, and enjoyed time with her. I’m doing the same with Mochi now.”
In 2016, Luna and Sotto tied the knot after five years of dating. Aside from Tali, the couple shares another daughter, Thia, nicknamed Mochi, whom they welcomed last year. /edv
