Cloud 7 reflects on being the youngest P-pop group

Meet Cloud 7, the youngest P-pop group in Sparkle GMA Artist Center and in the country.
The group consists of members Julijo Lukas Garcia, Prince Johann Nepomuceno, Kairo Lazarte, Egypt Larkin See, Miguel Gabriel Diokno, Prince Johan Yago, and Fian Andrei Guevarra, were officially launched on Friday, May 23.
Since their ages range from 13 to 19 years old, the Cloud 7 members said they feel fortunate to represent the youth.
“We’re very proud and happy because at this age we were given the opportunity to showcase our talent and give other people happiness,” said leader Julijo.
Cloud 7 was initially introduced as Sparkle Artists at the Signed for Stardom 2024 event last year before their recent official launch and contract signing this year.
Attended by the network’s executives and members of the press, the boy group kicked off their recent launch with a live performance of their song “Tara Na” and their new single “Bara Bara.”
According to the boys, the group’s name, Cloud 7, is inspired by the term Cloud 9, which pertains to happiness, changing it to reflect the number of members. While their fans are called Rainbow as each member represents a corresponding color in the rainbow.
Cloud 7 also revealed that they are set to launch a digital series titled “Up, Up, and Away” in June, while asking fans to look forward to their upcoming releases, which will vary from songs and shows to collaborations with other artists.
“You can expect more events, more music, and more performances from us. We’ll make sure that we give Sparkle and the people what they want and the very best we can give,” said member Lukas.
When asked which P-pop group they looked up to the most, the seven young boys answered in chorus, shouting, “SB19.” /edv
