Solenn Heussaff spent Mother’s Day with a black eye after her youngest daughter Maelys accidentally head-butted her while they were sleeping.
The celebrity mom showed the purple bruises around her eye through her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, May 13.
“To those asking, no biggie. This was a Mother’s Day gift by Maelys. Haha,” she wrote. “Accident head butt while sleeping.”
“Next time I’ll sleep with a helmet,” she quipped.

In a more recent video shared on Friday, May 16, Heussaff gave an update on her black eye which has partly turned yellow, indicating that it is already healing.
She also showed how it was effectively covered by makeup during a glamming up session with a makeup artist.
“There we go. That looks better,” she said.

Aside from Maelys, Heussaff has another daughter named Thylane. The celebrity mom shares her children with her husband, Argentine businessman Nico Bolzico, with whom she tied the knot in 2016.
The couple welcomed Thylane in January 2020, and Maelys in December 2022. The family of four moved into their new home in 2023.
Heussaff, who started her showbiz career after she joined the reality competition “Survivor Philippines” in 2010, is popularly known for her role in the hit GMA TV series “Encantadia.” She is set to reprise her role in the upcoming Encantadia spin-off “Sang’gre.” /ra
