Yassi Pressman celebrates BF Luigi Villafuerte’s congressional win

Actress and dancer Yassi Pressman is one proud girlfriend as her beau Luigi Villafuerte won a congressional seat in the 2025 local elections.

Pressman shared a photo of her being kissed on the cheek by Villafuerte after he was proclaimed the representative of Camarines Sur’s 2nd District. 

“You have the biggest, most genuine heart to serve, and you’re always putting your people first. I never doubted you. Congratulations, bubba! We are excited for all the great things you will do next,” she wrote on Instagram Stories.

Pressman and Villafuerte cast their votes together in the May 12 polls. At the time, their photos received backlash after netizens pointed out that they were more fit for a “prenuptial shoot than a civic activity.” 

The pair sparked dating rumors in August 2023 after Pressman confirmed her split from ex-fiancé Jon Semira. During Valentine’s 2024, the actress seemingly confirmed her relationship with Villafuerte after she called him the “love of her life” in an Instagram post. 

In September 2024, Pressman and Villafuerte celebrated their first anniversary as a couple.

Luigi, the incumbent governor of the province, has taken over the position from his father, outgoing representative Luis Raymund “LRay” Villafuerte, who has won the province’s top executive post again. 

The Villafuertes reaffirmed their dominance in Camarines Sur province after they secured various local positions in this year’s elections. 

Meanwhile, actress and TV host Maine Mendoza is also celebrating the congressional win of her husband, Arjo Atayde, in Quezon City’s 1st District. 

Mendoza posted her husband’s photo on Instagram Stories and wrote in her caption, “Thank you so much, District One.”  /ra
