Kris Aquino’s eldest son Josh continues to show his support for Senator Nancy Binay, as he was among those present at the latter’s proclamation event as new mayor of Makati City.
Binay won the mayoral race with 112,703 votes over her closest rival and brother-in-law, Luis Campos, who only got 83,721 votes. Trailing behind are Victor Neri and Orlando Stephen Solidum.
One of the special guests at Binay’s proclamation event was Josh, who was included in the political clan’s family photo, as seen on the former’s Facebook page on Tuesday, May 13.
Josh was also present during Binay’s mayoral campaign, and was even included in the latter’s motorcade along Guadalupe Nuevo last May 1.
Nancy has long been a good friend of the Aquinos, with Kris saying in a recent Instagram post that she, Josh, and her youngest son Bimby are “proud members of the Binay family.”

The Queen of All Media also thanked Binay for loving Josh and that he enjoyed being with the incumbent senator in her post.
“Kuya Josh, Bimb, and I are proud members of the BINAY FAMILY. Ate Nancy, THANK YOU for loving kuya — he SUPER ENJOYED BEING WITH you EVERYDAY… Kuya Josh said pagbalik nya from Tarlac sa kay Tita Anne na sya titira,” she wrote.
Incidentally, Josh’s father, actor Phillip Salvador ran for Senate in the recent elections, but lost.
