Pia Wurtzbach reminds overseas Filipinos to vote online: ‘It only takes a few minutes’

Pia Wurtzbach urged Filipinos overseas to exercise their right to vote in the 2025 midterm elections, reminding them that the process takes only a few minutes.

Wurtzbach shared this reminder through a video on her Instagram Story. She also posted an official infographic outlining the simplified three-step process for online voting.

“Hi mga Kabayan. Just a quick reminder, online voting is still open for Halalan 2025,” she said. “If you’re an overseas voter like me, you can still vote online until May 12.”

The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder emphasized that it is important to participate in civic duty, even while being out of the country.

“It only takes a few minutes. I just did mine and it’s really easy. Let’s all take part in shaping our future even though we are overseas,” she stated.

Wurtzbach has been based abroad following her marriage to entrepreneur and investor Jeremy Jauncey in 2023.

The overseas voting started on April 13 and is scheduled to close on May 12 at 7 PM Philippine time.

Meanwhile, celebrities Kim Chiu, Darren Espanto, Maja Salvador, and Regine Velasquez, among others, had already cast their votes in their respective precincts on Monday morning.

Arlene Muhlach, Ronnie Liang, Cheska Fausto, Sean Lucas, and Neil Ryan Sese, on the other hand, were among the personalities extending their support during the election coverage of their network.

In a social media post, the Kapuso artists were captured working at computer desks to facilitate the election coverage.
